This Sharps rifle model comes originally from the transformation of a Cavalry model of which it keeps the patch box and the saddle ring. The selected walnut stock and forend, with German silver cap, are checkered and oil finished. The frame is forged and the barrel rifled by broaching. With double set trigger, it's equipped with rear sight and blade front sight, it is drilled and tapped to mount a Creedmoor tang sight.
